NEW YORK (AP) -- The physical education instructor for teenager cocktail prodigy Justin Bieber (BEE"-bur) has been arrested on New York"s Long Island in tie with a fan frenzy at a mall.
Scott "Scooter" Braun surrendered to Nassau County military on Wednesday and awaits prosecution on charges of forward endangerment and rapist nuisance. His counsel says he will beg not guilty.
His detain stems from a programmed coming in Nov by the 16-year-old Bieber. When the throng became unruly, military told Braun to send out a Twitter summary canceling the event.
The prosecutor says it took Braun 1 1/2 hours to send dual tweets, but his counsel says it took 7 minutes. The 28-year-old Braun faces up to a year in prison if convicted.
Police at the time additionally arrested a clamp boss from Bieber"s jot down label.
